If you want to accomplish great things then you’re going to have to do what most people are afraid of:
Break your insecurities and mental barriers
Surprise and even offend the crowd

“Success is a lousy teacher. It seduces smart people into thinking they can’t lose.”
— Bill Gates, Founder of Microsoft
When you succeed at something you feel pride. But that pride is dangerous because if you’re not careful, it can brainwash you into thinking that success is easy.
But it never is and never will be. Achieving great things is hard and if you don’t find it hard, then you’re probably not growing very much as a person.
Failures teach you much more than successes because they reveal your weaknesses and areas for improvement. In other words, each failure moves you one step closer to becoming the best version of yourself.
"If I stop to kick every barking dog I am not going to get where I'm going."
— Jackie Joyner-Kersee, Olympic Track and Field Champion

But you don’t need to care about them. Haters are going to hate. The best thing for you to do is to keep moving forward and let your success speak for itself.
